I can't use the shuffle feature because, out of all the music I have in iTunes, it will always have at least one Bob Marley track listed every 5-10 items. It's like there is a Bob Marley bug in iTunes, because I don't have a lot of Marley tracks!
But don't get me wrong. There is a time for Bob Marley.
O.J. Simpson is back in the news again. What are your thoughts on the release of "If I Did It" and his recent arrest?
For me, it's a reminder of how stupid people can be, to think he didn't kill Nicole and Ron.
- His ex wife makes calls to 911 fearing for her life.
- He is charged with beating her.
- She reports that he is stalking her. He shows up frequently in the same places around town. She reports that she fears for her life because he told her he would kill her if he ever caught her with another man.
- Suicide note found before they picked him up.
- Flees from the police when they try to pick him up. Gun, passport, lots of cash, and a disguise found in the car.
- Limo driver says no one was home at OJ's when he came to pick him up, during the time of the murder. Says he saw someone come home later, then OJ came out with his bags for the airport.
- Blood found on his driveway matches Nicole and Ron's.
- Blood found in and on his vehicle match Nicole and Ron's.
- Bloody socks with Nicole's blood on them were found in OJ's room.
- Blood found inside his home foyer matched Nicole's.
- A hair from OJ was found on Ron's shirt.
- OJ's blood was found on the glove found at the crime scene.
- The gloves (both) contained carpet fibers from OJ's vehicle and Ron Goldman's hair.
- OJ claimed that he did not own that type of glove then media photos showed him wearing them.
- OJ had fresh cuts on his left hand the day after the murders.
- The dome light in OJ's Bronco was removed (like a police car on a stakeout). It was found under the passenger seat, in good working order.
- Nicole told her family and friends that she was missing a set of keys to her home and feared that OJ had them. They were found later, in his home.
- OJs current girlfriend broke up with him the day of the murders and said he was terribly distraught. Later, OJ attempted to call her from his Bronco cell phone, shortly before the murders.
- Shoe prints at the crime scene were the same size as OJ's. Bloody shoe impression in Bronco matches shoe, too.
- Store receipts show that OJ bought a 12 inch knife six weeks before the murder. Experts purchased the exact same knife then later found it to be an exact match to the wounds.
And some jury members thought "DNA" was the same as "blood type" - saying that they thought multiple people could have the same DNA.
And what is up with this racial divide? 27% of blacks think OJ is guilty, compared to 87% of whites.

I think I've just made my first big time life decision - and that was to move to the bay area. So far, total chaos. But soon, I hope things will calm down and we will be able to start "living" here.

Very creative question of the day...
"Schomer" sounds like "show" - not "sko". Words like school, schema, and schedule do not help me. Just remember those are not names. I have never run into someone's name that starts with Sch that doesn't sound like "show."

The Force. I use the force to guide me to one of the 10 Starbucks within a half mile of my house. That's how it all happens. Then I go online, and check the price of Starbucks stock, to see if this was a free drink for me (stock is up) or an expensive drink (stock is down). At least I know it is a pretty drink. I mean, come on, look at those drinks up there, people. I know you can taste them, just by looking at each one!
What's the best thing since sliced bread?
That's an easy one. Tivo.
Can't imagine having to watch live TV ever again. My kids have never seen live TV. As far as they are concerned, they can watch whatever they want, whenever they want.
Oh, and my Slingbox is pretty cool too - because it lets me watch my Tivo when I'm away from home.
